As there is no on site receptionist, most communication, including making appointments, is done via email. This is to prevent disruption to patient appointments.

Please note: To facilitate your highest quality, whole person care, for all new appointments a comprehensive New Patient Registration form will be sent to you to fill out prior to booking your appointment. Please endeavour to fill out this form to the best of your ability, since this will aid Dr Sonia to ascertain your needs, and to give you the best possible health outcome.
