ĚḎEN LIFESTYLE CENTRE
Ěḏen Lifestyle Centre (ELC), located in Elanora Heights on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, has been developed to cater for non-urgent, chronic disease medical care such as (but not limited to) cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health conditions. At ELC an integrative and lifestyle medicine approach is used to provide adjunct medical care to support you, and your usual general practitioner. We make no claims of curing chronic disease. Instead we aim to build mental/physical health and well-being through lifestyle changes to help relieve symptoms.
ELC is not designed or equipped for acute/urgent medical care or medical emergencies. You are advised to have a local GP that you can see at short notice and for standard general practice issues – e.g. acute illness, contraception, standard post-operative care /wound checks. For acute medical care, please see your usual GP, or in an emergency please attend your local emergency department.
